Modern leadership does not require us to choose between intellect and intuition. It asks us to develop the wisdom to know when each belongs.

I’d spent years studying both: consciousness and the metaphysical, alongside business strategy and leadership. There was no room where both existed together & at once.

So I built one.

Tarot in the Boardroom is where leadership and entrepreneurship enter the same conversation as mysticism and consciousness. One works with what can be measured. The other works with what can be sensed before it can be measured. The conversations that happen here embody both. Welcome!

Tarot in the Boardroom is the flagship podcast and publication from The Conscious Agency.

It explores intuition, symbolism, and the quantum and metaphysical questions most boardrooms leave at the door — alongside the data, the strategy and the results.

None of it is offered as proof. All of it is offered as an invitation to be curious: what happens when you try to bring the metaphysical into the physical, the felt into the measurable, and see what happens. 

I don’t keep a business shelf and a consciousness shelf.

Last month it was a founder’s cap table on one page and a description of what a medium calls “clearing” on the next. Neither explained the other. Both were true at the same time.

That’s the whole discipline: noticing when two languages are describing the same thing, and when they’re not.
