The Conscious Agency holds two meanings at once: the professional agency I own and lead, and personal agency—the capacity to hear yourself, choose consciously and remain the author of your life.

Tarot in the Boardroom began the morning I saw my AirPods sitting beside my tarot cards. The objects seemed to belong to different worlds—modern business and ancient symbolism—but they were both mine.

The podcast’s title is symbolic, not literal. It marks the meeting of intellect and intuition, visible authority and inner knowing, modern leadership and the larger mysteries that shape human experience.
