About Bonnie Winter
Rooms where people are expected to arrive with answers.
I have spent much of my professional life in rooms where people are expected to arrive with answers.
I operate multiple companies, advise clients and make decisions that affect people, businesses and growth.
I'm also a wife and mother of four. Nobody in that room waits for you to be ready with an answer either.
Strategy, evidence, preparation, accountability — that's the room I was trained for.
I've made better calls off a feeling than a spreadsheet more than once.
The Integration
That room didn’t exist. So I built it.
I don’t study energy work in one room and make business decisions in another.
Last year I almost signed a client I had every rational reason to take. The numbers worked. I said no anyway. Eight weeks later, that client sued their former agency.
I can’t explain that on a spreadsheet. I can tell you I noticed it.
The Conscious Agency and Tarot in the Boardroom are what that noticing looks like when it’s made public.
My essays, Field Notes and podcast reflections publish through Tarot in the Boardroom on Substack, where you can follow the work as it develops.
The Values
What guides this community.
Discernment
Separate signal from noise, intuition from fear, and insight from projection.
Integration
Do not split the strategic self from the metaphysical, creative, relational or embodied self.
Curiosity
Invite exploration without demanding belief. Ask more precise questions instead of offering universal answers.
Beauty
Treat visual and verbal craft as part of meaning, not decoration added at the end.
Courage
Say the thing that feels true before it feels completely comfortable.
Humor
Use lightness to loosen ego, reveal absurdity and keep seriousness from becoming heaviness.
You do not need to believe what I believe to be welcome here.
Curiosity is enough.
